Now that your replacement phone has arrived, please follow the instructions below to activate your new device today (you will need to activate it in order to use it).

STEP 1:

Have both phones’ serial numbers handy:

• Your old phone’s serial number can be found on the phone’s settings menu

• Your new phone’s serial number can be found on the red activation card enclosed in your package

STEP 2:

• Enter the IMEI/MEID/Serial Number of your new phone

• Select the Keep My Phone Number option when prompted

15 days after your phone ships, if you haven’t yet transferred your service to the new SIM card sent with your phone, your number will automatically be transferred to the new SIM card. We recommend you complete the transfer as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.
