How to make your LifeLine co-payments
Important Information
The plan you selected during the application process requires a co-payment. To avoid your benefits being suspended, make your co-payment every month.
For your convenience, you have 3 ways to make your monthly LifeLine co-payment:
Enroll in Auto Pay∞ for monthly automatic payments.
Make your co-payment on the Straight Talk website.
Make your co-payment with our customer care agents.
Important!
You can use your LifeLine benefit and make a co-payment to purchase a monthly plan on any day of the month. We'll keep the new plan on reserve, and apply it to your service on your Service End Date.
Do not purchase airtime cards in retail stores as they’re not compatible with the LifeLine Program.
