Smartphone customers: You will keep your Plan, balance, and benefits once your upgrade is complete.

$30 Plan customers upgrading to a Smartphone will require an Unlimited Service Plan starting at $35. The ALL YOU NEED plan is not compatible with smartphones, and you will lose your minutes, text, data, and service days along with any Service plan in reserve as they will not transfer.

Phones purchased online under $##UDF1## are not eligible for refund on the remaining offer balance.

Your current Straight Talk Service Plan will remain available for use on VoLTE-ready phones at least until Nov. 23, 2024.

By agreeing to transfer your service to the Verizon network and accepting our phone offer, you agree that your current device, once deactivated, will not be able to be used for service from Straight Talk again.
