We did not receive the monthly co-payment for your Straight Talk service plan, so you’ve been moved to a temporary plan. To get back to the plan you chose, simply make a co-payment. We’ll keep you connected in the meantime.
Make a co-payment
In order to recover your original benefits, please make a co-payment in one of the following ways:
- Enroll in Auto Pay∞.
- Pay online using the refill menu, or log in to My Account.
- Visit your closest Straight Talk store by clicking here.
- Dial 1-877-430-2355 to connect to our Interactive Voice Response system.
